Please ensure you click right through to the end of the process until it says APPOINTMENT REQUEST SUCCESSFUL and a confirmation ID number. 

Your request has then been sent through to us and once we have checked it you will receive an email either accepting or not accepting your request. If you have not received an email, your request may not have made it through to us so please call the salon to check or try booking again.


Please note, our appointment timings are allocated as 'regular' clientele. If you are visiting a member of the team for the first time we may need additional time for your appointment which may not be available. Should we need to reject an appointment request, we will do our best to contact you on the number provided to book an alternative date.
